How to Order an EFSC Official College Transcript
or View the Status of Transcript Requests
• Make sure you have the correct name and address to where your transcript is
to be mailed.
• A transcript can be ordered online or by mail. Online is recommended as it
saves time and gas. There is a $10 per transcript fee. Requests that require the
use of a credit card must be requested online. Walk-ins: Campus cashiers can
only process cash or check payments.
• Transcripts may be sent immediately, “Hold for Grades” or “Hold for
Degrees.” This allows you to submit a transcript request early, but not have
the transcript mailed until the end of the current semester when final grades
and degrees are posted.
• For expedited delivery via Federal Express, please call 321-433-7284. $35 per
each mailing address (+ $10.00 per transcript). Federal Express must have a
physical delivery location; they will not deliver to Post Office boxes. Delivery is
only in the 48 continental states.
• PICK-UPS: You will be called when your transcript is ready for pick-up.
Transcripts are not printed “on demand.” Photo ID is required at time of pickup. Transcripts available for pick up at the Cocoa Campus only: Building 2,
room 202.

Click EFSC Titan Web and then the
Student Services button

To Request a Transcript,
Select Student Records and
click Request Official Transcript
Note: If you have a Transcript Hold you will
not be able to request your transcript!
Click on “View Holds” to see your holds. You must satisfy the
hold(s) before you may order your transcript. To see how to
resolve holds, visit our website at
http://www.easternflorida.edu/admissions/registrarsoffice/registration-information/registration-holds.cfm
There are 4 Options
for Issuing Transcripts
1.
Mail directly to the College (not to EFSC)
2.
Mail directly to the Student or Other Location
3.
Student pick-up is provided at the Office of the Registrar on the
Cocoa Campus ONLY*
4.
Student may authorize another person to pick-up the transcript
from the Office of the Registrar on the Cocoa Campus *
*You will be called when your transcript is ready for pick-up. All pick-ups are
made at the Cocoa Campus at the Office of the Registrar, Building 2, Room 202,
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Photo ID must be provided.

College Code” to find
your requested college.

transcript will be issued.

student’s name and in the Street
Line 1 field, enter “Cocoa Pick-Up”
and the student’s contact number.
NOTE: transcripts are picked up on
the Cocoa Campus only. You must
also enter your personal phone
number in the designated fields.

Authorized Person other than Student
In the Issued To field, enter student’s
name In the Street Line 1 field, enter
“Cocoa Pick-Up” and the authorized
person’s name. NOTE: transcripts are
picked up on the Cocoa Campus only.
Finally, in the Street Line 2 field enter
the student’s contact number.
Enter student’s phone number in the
designated fields as well.

How Many Copies Would You Like…When
Would you like us to Print the Transcript?
The “Hold for Grades” and “Hold for

Confirm Your Request and Submit Request
If information is not correct, use
the back arrow to go the page to
correct your request.
Note: the College is not
responsible for sending your
transcript to the wrong location
if it is the address you provide.
Process your Payment
To View the Status of Your Transcript Request,
Select Student Records and then click
View Status of Transcript Request
Select the Date you Ordered the Transcript
and click Submit

• Please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your transcripts. Allow
additional time during peak periods immediately preceding and
following a term.
• For questions concerning your transcript, please contact the Office of

• Visit www.floridashines.org or
• In the myEFSC portal, click on the myGPS icon. Academic History provides a
chronological list of your courses and grades.
