POSITION STATEMENT: TEAM MEMBER – INSTRUCTED PERSON DETAILS… Title: Team Member – Instructed Person Responsible to: On-Site Team Leader and/or On-site Manager Purpose Statement: The Team member – Instructed Person undertakes tasks as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS… Major Areas of Responsibility: 1. The Team Member – Instructed Person must follow, and complete, all quality, health & safety and environmental policies & procedures as directed. 2. The Team Member – Instructed Person is responsible for taking reasonable care for their own health & safety and that of others, affected by their actions/work performances. 3. Currently possesses the skills/knowledge and ability to perform the following key tasks. Key Tasks/Requirements: 1. Takes directions from On-site Team Leader and/or On-site Manager. 2. Assists On-site Team Leader and/or On-site Manager with workloads. 3. Works as part of the team and maintains a good working atmosphere among the team. 4. Understands and follows quality, health & safety and environmental systems in accordance with the Health & Safety Act 2004. 5. Implement correct work practices. 6. Ensures all jobs are completed professionally and effectively with maximum efficiency. 7. Ensures all jobs meet customer and company requirements/expectations. 8. Expands knowledge base. 9. Conducts On-site Inspections and completes relevant paperwork for these. 10. Maintains company vehicles, at the highest standards. 11. Maintains company Plant & Equipment at the highest standards. 12. Conducts basis traffic management/control. 13. Completes general labouring. 14. Completes general housekeeping. 15. Attends and completes relevant training (both on and off the job). 16. Completes relevant H&S and general paperwork as required. 17. Attends and participates in Work Group Meetings as scheduled. Principal Accountabilities: The Team Member – Instructed Person requires the ability to perform the above duties satisfactorily; in a professional, safe manner.
