Maintenance-Free Ball ValveS
T/S-1001Ball Valve
The 1001 Series Full Port Ball Valves are Maintenance-Free because the stem seals with two Viton® O-rings instead of the traditional gland
follower or packing gland design. No call backs are necessary to tighten a packing nut. The bottom loaded stem is blowout proof and includes
a PTFE thrust washer that reduces friction and makes for easier actuation. The valve body, end adaptor and cavity ball are forged brass for
lighter weight and greater durability, resulting in less torque necessary to actuate the valve and longer life for the seats. The steel handle
is Dacromet® coated and will not corrode in aggressive environments. Every valve is manufactured to precise tolerances in a completely
automated ISO certified factory and 100% pressure tested. The 1001 Series of ball valves are offered in a variety of configurations for
residential, commercial and industrial applications. The T/S-1001 is constructed of UNS C37700 forged brass. The T/S-1001NL is constructed of
no lead binary brass alloy.

T/S-1002 Ball Valve
The 1002 Series Full Port Ball Valves are made of durable forged brass for lighter weight and greater strength. The stem is bottom loaded,
thus blow-out proof. The gland follower design has a PTFE stem packing. The valve body, end adaptor and ball are forged brass. PTFE seats
reduce friction, makes a positive seal and improve seat wear. The chrome plated steel handle has a vinyl covered sleeve. Every valve undergoes
pressure testing. The 1002 Series is offered in a variety of configurations. The Legend 1002 ball valve series has been manufactured for more
than twenty years in the same ISO certified manufacturing facility using best-in-class TQM processes. The T/S-1002 is constructed of UNS

Full Port Ball Valves
T/s-2000 Ball Valve
The 2000 series ball valve have both a PTFE packing gland with nut and an EPDM O-ring seal stem design. The full port ball valve body, end
adaptor and chrome plated ball are constructed of forged brass. The stem is bottom loaded, thus blow-out proof. The EPDM O-ring stem
and PTFE seats reduce friction when actuating the valve making it easier to turn. The vinyl covered, zinc plated steel handle and nut resists
corrosion. The 2000 series ball valves have a large pattern body for tremendous durability in various residential, commercial and industrial
applications. The 2000 Series valve design is offered in a several configurations and brass alloys for a wide range of uses in potable water and
gas systems. Every valve is pressure tested at the ISO certified manufacturing facility. The T/S-2000NL valve in sizes 1/4”- 1” have a no lead
forged brass ball; whereas, valve sizes 1-1/4”- 4” have a 304 stainless steel ball.

The T/S-2000 full port ball valve has a larger pattern body suitable for most any application.
The EPDM O-ring and PTFE packing gland stem assures reliable and smoother operation
requiring less torque to operate. The PTFE seats reduce friction thus improving the long life

The Legend P-200 series of press ball valves features the same reliability you’ve come to expect from the T/S-1001, the preferred ball valve
for thousands of plumbing and heating contractors. The P-200NL No Lead LegendPress™ Ball Valve has the same proven Viton® O-ring stem
design that eliminates the need for a packing gland and nut. LegendPress™ reduces labor and call backs. Compatible with VUS/XL-C profile
jaws. The P-200NL press sockets have greater depth for stabilizing the copper when pressing which assures a solid connection. The press
sockets have two EPDM O-rings for added assurance that a seal is made when pressed. Corrosion resistant Dacromet® coated steel handle,

Legend PEX Maintenance-Free Full Port Ball Valve
Legend has the most expansive offering of compact, durable and labor saving full port PEX ball valves. All Legend PEX ball valves feature
the dual O-ring stem design that requires no packing nut removing the potential for call backs. The valves are constructed of binary brass to
meet all no lead requirements. Three models are configurations based on the T-1001 model which feature dual Viton® O-rings, a corrosion
resistant Dacromet® coated steel handle, and are constructed of no lead binary brass. These include the T-806NL and T-805NL. The T-2005NL,

T-3000 Series One-Piece Gas Ball Valve
Patented one-piece forged brass body eliminates the possibility of seam leaks that may occur to two-piece body designs. Top loaded chrome
plated brass ball. Gas ball valves are ideal for all residential and commercial gas installations. The chrome plated ball and nitrile rubber seats
resist contamination building up and offer a positive seal in low or moderate pressure gas applications. With a quarter-turn, ball-type, forged
brass design, it is more compact and superior to traditional cast bronze or cast iron gas cocks. The 175 PSI pressure rating permits highpressure air tests without the grease-seal, blowout common to plug-type gas cocks. Available in eight different configurations to meet most gas
connection applications. All gas ball valves are manufactured in a ISO certified facility, 100% pressure tested.
CSA Certified for use with natural, manufactured or mixed liquefied petroleum and LP gas/air mixtures:
• ANSI standard Z21.15 for use as a gas appliance connector valve for 1/2 lb. systems.

Legend quarter-turn low pressure ball valves are configured to replace traditional globe style plumbing valves used in low pressure water
systems. These hose end ball valves are available in both traditional and no lead brass alloys. Compared to multi-turn low pressure valves,
ball valves have far greater flow characteristics, are more compact for tight spaces and have easy quarter turn actuation. All quarter turn low
pressure are manufactured in a ISO certified facility, 100% pressure tested.
