Product Warranty Period
CIA has a warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This
warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
How to Obtain Warranty Support
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you contact
the retailer where you purchased your product for technical support
and assistance. Any product related questions or warranty claims
that cannot be processed through the point of purchase should be
addressed directly to the warranty provider (as detailed above).
Warranty Conditions
To make a claim under this warranty, customers must provide
proof of original purchase such as a copy of the sales receipt or
dated itemized receipt. An inability to provide proof of purchase or
equivalent documentation will void warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have
the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

containing acids or scouring agents.

All Design showers carry a 10 year warranty from date of purchase.

Should a shower fail as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, CIA bathrooms will, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund up to
the original price of the shower.

The warranty will be invalid if the shower is not correctly installed, is misused, or the fault is not notified within 3 months of its
appearance. Your Design shower must be installed by a certified installer. The purchaser will be fully responsible for the cost of
installation.
•
The Design warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the shower. Warranty is non-transferable.
•
Proof of purchase must be presented at time of claim.
