ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Department of EEE, which was established in
the year 1930, is one of the leaders in India in
this field of Engineering and Technology. The
Department is elevated to Centre for Advanced
study in Electrical Engineering and Embedded
Systems by UGC and also houses an
International collaboration Centre on Urban
Energy.
OBJECTIVE
CHAIR:
Due to rapid growth and reformation in
power market, electrical simulation software are
growing at a rapid phase. Conventional Studies
like Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient
Stability, Relay Coordination, Harmonic
Studies etc with respect to integration of
renewable resources and grid planning for
deregulated market are gaining momentum.
This workshop introduces modern electrical
simulation software on industrial aspects
