 FDD series uses DOOSAN diesel engine from Korea.
The product has many advantages such as: fuel
economy, persistent operation, high quality and
competitive price. Doosan generator is the optimal
choice for the average cost but still meets the quality
criteria.
 Powerful Mecc Alte alternators from Italy with the
insulation system of H class and impregnation made of
tropical epoxy resins are used as standard. Using 100%
copper wire, the alternator works at 100% capacity with
the IP21 protection degree
 Generator’s controller and protection are equipped with
the automatic and advanced digital system. Having a
user-friendly interface, this controller is easy to use
without much technical knowledge. Generator function
control set AMF can check and indicate system errors,
automatically start up and shut down. In case of
emergency, AMF can give alert and stop.
 Manufacturing technology meets high standards. The
generator assures vibration-proof operation, lower
noise and longer components’ lifespan. Protection
system ensures absolute safety for all rotating parts.
Enclosure is a weather-proof bolted modular prepainted with hinged lockable doors, radiator coolant
hatch, base mounted radiator coolant and engine oil
drain lines… These items have considerable flexibility
for easy maintenance.
 All units and components are prototypes taken from the
factory. Product quality is controlled by a strict
procedure at different stages to ensure longevity and
reliability.
DESIGNATION STANDARDS
Prime Power
Conforming to ISO 8528-1, Prime Power is applicable for supplying power at a variable load for an unlimited number
of hours per annum. A 10% overload capability is available for 60 minutes in a twelve- hour period.
Standby Power
Conforming to ISO 8528-1, standby power is applicable for supplying emergency power during power interruption,
limited to a maximum 500 hours per year within the following maximum operating time: 100% load 25 hours per year,
90% load 200 hours per year.
No overload capability is permitted for this rating.
Standard reference conditions
The above-mentioned power data are calculated with: air temperature of 25°C (77°F); atmospheric pressure of 99kP,
relative humidity of 30% and altitude falls within 1000m above sea level.
For other conditions, parameters will change. Please refer to the appropriate coefficient changes with this engine.
Quality of voltage generated complies with such standards and specifications as CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, EN14214, VDE
0530, BS 5514-1, CAN/CSA – C22.2.

CONTROL PANEL PARAMETERS
CGC-413 (DEIF) controller
CGC-413 control panel includes a digital and sophisticated clock with a LCD
display screen. Its main functions are to automatically restart and protect the
engine during operation. It can be easily connected to an external ATS by a
waiting logic signal.
Control panel main functions:
 Simple to use and easy to observe
 Stable quality with safe operation and longevity.
 Simple to use. Simply press the start button, and everything is managed and
controlled by the control panel. A special control is used to avoid reboot when
the engine is in operation.
 Checking battery’s conditions by a digital voltmeter.
Booting by remote signals in electrical failures. A special system can start the
engine by remote signal with shortcuts. This reduces power consumption and
protects battery working life.
