/>Ashley Lavergne ashley_lavergne@yahoo.com October 19th, 2011
Hello McLeod family, I am very sorry to hear of
your loss. I was one of "Jay's" nurses and he was such a pleasant man, always
so kind and never down. Even during his last days he was an inspiration to
me. Jay will be one of those patients I will remember forever. It was truly a
pleasure taking care of him. I am extremely sorry I won't be able to make the
services in Mississippi tomorrow, but please know I am there in spirit. On
behalf of third floor, we are sorry for your loss and will pray for your family.

2011
I am so saddened to hear of Jr.'s passing. I worked with him and
his dad at Daikin in Decatur, AL several years ago. Jr. was probably the
nicest guy I've ever known and would do anything to help someone else.
Paula & family, you're in my thoughts and prayers.

20th, 2011
Paula and family, I will be lifting you all up in prayer and
praying for peace and comfort. I just spoke to Junior not to long ago and he
wanted to come by the house and talk to us about the passing of my son,
"Terry D. Logan". He was an awesome guy who loved his family! It was a
pleasure working with him and having him at Ardent! My son which is now
in heaven also loved him. Please call if I can help you in any way. Dale

karenbrewer34@msn.com - October 20th, 2011
Words cannot describe
how devasting the loss of this wonderful, beautiful soul is. I worked with Jr
on several jobs over the past four years and we became such good friends.
He always kept in touch and was always there when you needed a friend. He
had such a beautiful smile, and beautiful heart that I will never forget. I
always looked forward to going into work to see him, we had so many laughs
together, and a freindship that I cherish so much. Even though I know he is
rejoicing now being in the presence of his son that he so longed to see again,

and his master, I will miss him here on earth, and can't wait to see him again
someday. Joy, I can only imagine what you must be going through, but know
that I will keep you in my prayers. Thank you for helping my friend through
his difficult times, he oftern mentioned how he loved being in Lafayette and
with you. Because of my work in Texas, I will not be able to be at the
services, but I will be praying for comfort and peace for all of you during this
sad time.
The hardest part of any friendship is when it is time to say
goodbye, and even though I wished I could make you stay, I know I got to
let you spread your wing s and fly.......... I love you my firend.....

To the Alvin R. McLeod, Jr. Family One day there will be no more sorrow
neither crying; for the Lord Himself shall wipe all tears away and this will
become a reality.
I awoke to the sound of a trumpet, My body had been
changed in a blink of an eye, I was arrayed in the finest white linen, My
body became weightless and started to rise. Jesus Christ had returned as He
promised, For eternity I would now live with Him, I smiled as I rose up
through the air, To meet the one who died for my sin. The gates swung open
as we entered in All humanity was speechless from the beauty inside, The
street was purest gold like the Bible record, The city was as long as it was
wide. There were flowers of every color, City walls were constructed with
the finest gems, There were mansions built around a crystal sea, Angels
could be heard singing glorious hymns. There were no signs for handicap
parking, There were no hospitals or locks on the doors, No wheelchair
ramps or funeral homes, Death and sickness were gone forever more. Hate
and prejudice was a thing of the past, There was a peace like I had never
known, We worshipped Jesus with hands lifted high, As we all gathered
together around His throne. We sang songs about the blood of the Lamb
About His unfailing mercy and grace, All the people worshipped no one
stood in awe As they looked upon His face. There is a day when this will
become a reality, So keep your faith in Jesus Christ every day, He has gone
to prepare a place for us, He alone is the truth, the life, and the way.

Stauddy cstauddy@hotmail.com - October 20th, 2011
Where
do I begin....you were the one that brought me and Scott together....you were
the type of friend , that no matter how long it had been that we had seen each
other, it was like we had never been apart. There are friends that come along
once in a lifetime, the kind you cherish and know that no matter what
problem comes about, you always can count on that friend to bring a smile to
your face and a peace in your heart....you were that kind of friend, a very
special person. My heart is just breaking for Paula, Dillon, and for your
entire family. I will miss your sweet smile and contagious laughter! I am
truely a better person for having known you, Alvin. I am comforted knowing
that you are with Chad. I know that his presence was always with you.
Please know that you will forever be loved and missed. I love you, Alvin.

chyrle.parnell@gmail.com - October 25th, 2011
I don't know where to
begin. We are just finding out about the sad loss of Jr. This is such shocking
news. Dirk & I worked with Jr. on an Ardent project not too long ago. He
was such a pleasure to be around... one of the sweetest souls I've ever known.
He talked about how much he loved his family. He was especially proud of
Dillon, and missed Chad so much. Earth has lost yet another precious,
loving, good person... Heaven has gained a bright new star, a beautiful angel.
Jr., thanks for the loving kindness you showed to us all. You will be so
missed. Prayers are going up for your family. Love ~ Dirk & Chyrle P.S.
Please say hi to my buddy Terry "Barbie" Logan for me when you see him up
in Heaven. I miss him a lot too. Thanks! Chyrle
