About the course: Students will collaborate and self select according to a common engineering interest to achieve merits toward project objectives related to energy systems design, energy conversion, power applications, and sustainability and efficiency. For their efforts, the student teams will be awarded certificates. In addition to the amazing team opportunities, students will receive instruction and opportunities to earn specific skill certificates in areas of sun and star resources, biomass resources, wind resources, water resources, and earth resources. The Engineering Certificate will be earned on a team project that the students will work on outside of their regular REC programming activities.
