Implementation Training
TCGRx provides a team of dedicated and trained professionals for every aspect of your implementation when you
purchase any new or refurbished ATP.
This team includes:
Project Manager — to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Training Specialist — to prepare your administrators and users by enrolling them in online training courses and
conducting interactive webinar sessions.
Implementation Specialist — to provide your pharmacy with an on-site implementation team who will implement your
system as well as train your administrators and super-users.
Training is included with your ATP purchase and Implementation. TCGRx uses train-the-trainer methodology. You
receive unlimited access to online tutorial video courses for12 months following your Installation, interactive webinar
training sessions (up to 2 sessions, before your Installation) and on-site sessions during Implementation
“Go-Live.”

Online Training
Online courses feature “Show-Me-How” software tutorial videos that guide the user
through each competency. Every course includes a downloadable Training Guide
Manual, resources, spreadsheets and a printable completion certificate. Longer courses
also include a comprehensive quiz. Unlimited access to online tutorial video courses is
included with all 2015 SMA (Service Maintenance Agreement) Packages.
Webinar Training
The Interactive Webinar Training sessions are designed specifially for administrators or super-users.
During the Interactive Webinar Training Session, trainees experience guided, hands-on practice with the software applications. The trainer
demonstrates best practices procedures and reinforces competencies presented in the online training courses.
On-Site Training
On-Site training reinforces the best practices competencies trainees learned during online and
webinar training. Training is modified to fit specific pharmacy workflow needs.
Trainer will demonstrate hardware maintenance and cleaning tasks, and then move on to software
applications training. Trainees will have the opportunity to practice individual workflow processes
throughout the training, and learn about important trouble-shooting scenarios.
Biomedical Training
The 3-day TCGRx Biomedical Training Course (in Bristol, WI) provides attendees with
a comprehensive theoretical overview as well as intensive instructor-led hands-on training,
which qualifies attendees to service, troubleshoot and support the Automatic Tablet
Packaging (ATP) System upon class completion. Contact your sales representative for

Workflow Consultation
The TCGRx Workflow Consultation includes a 1-day on-site optimization analysis and is followed
by a report with detailed recommendations. Contact your sales representative for more information
