Project Title:
Validation of Assembly Instruction Sheet in accordance to the Overhaul Manual
Objective:
Review and validate the accuracy of the Assembly Instructions Sheets in accordance to the Overhaul Manual and
Shop practices.
Description:
The following tasks are to be performed:
- Compare the Assembly Instructions Sheets with the overhaul manual
- Discuss with engineering to evaluate which option is the most appropriate for plant 5
- Align plant 5 best practices to the Assembly Instructions Sheets
- Create change requests to the overhaul manual when they are affected
- Keep tracker up-to-date and perform the flowdown to the plant 5 on the progress of theire requests
Please note that if you are selected for an interview, you will be notified on May 27th. All interviews will
be held Friday, June 3rd in Pratt & Whitney facilities in Longueuil. Thank you to ensure you are available
on June 3rd in the morning before applying for this project.
Deliverables:
Maintain, update the assembly instructions sheets to the latest up to date instructions. Create change
requests to the overhaul manuals.
Benefit:
Support the ANDON team in achieving the 1 day response back to the shop when problems occur.
Flowdown to the shop on the project progress.

500 hours with potential extention of 100 hours
