Register of Members for 2005
A. Parent Members
All those parents or guardians of students whose names appear on the
school’s enrolment register, except those who have requested not to be
members.
B. Staff Members
All members of the school staff other than relief or part-time staff, except
those who have requested not to be members.
C. Student Members
All students whose names appear on the school’s enrolment register, except
those who have requested not to be members.
D. Community Members
The Association Committee has appointed the following members of
the general community as members of the School Community
Association.
Fred Nerk of 18 Black Street, Kelliston.
Harriet White of 346 Green Street, Royston.
[It is suggested that a copy of each year’s register – as above – be filed in an
appropriate secure folder on the school computer system. Alternatively, a
hard copy could be placed in a binder and kept securely in the school office.
It is important that this should be readily available in the event of any legal
dispute, but, for security and privacy reasons, should not be made available to
the general public.
A separate list of those parents, staff members and students who have
requested not to be members should also be kept, filed and handled as per
the Register of Members.]
