e.Mobile Autopay $50
This is autopay mobile service with no expiry date that operates on the Vodafone network. Service provided
includes standard and national voice calls to any mobile or landline, standard SMS and SMS alerts, MMS, and
voicemail subject to E.Tel’s Fair Use Policy. For auto-recharge, we will automatically recharge your account and
notify you via text message when you have less than $10 remaining in your account.
This plan has no expiry date of your credit amount in your account. However, leaving your service number
inactive without making any calls for more than 6 months may lead to disconnection. In the occurrence of such
disconnection, a $25 account recovery fee will apply and the previous mobile number may not be re-used.
This service is not conditional on any bundling arrangements.
You will require a mobile phone to use this service. Our service is a so-called BYO (bring your own) service, i.e.
we will not supply you with a mobile phone.
There is no minimum term and if you wish to cancel email us at: info@etel.com.au before the 15th of the
month
The call/SMSvalue cannot be used to call or text international destinations and for mobile premium services.
You can also not use your included value or data allowance overseas. Your service may be suspended if your
auto-pay account reaches your credit limit.
E.tel may offer promotional bonus credit occasionally, normal credit usage always takes priority over bonus
credit usage and any bonus credit cannot be refunded. (E.g. If you have previously used $50 worth of bonus
credit and if you have $20 remaining in your account after you terminate your service this credit cannot be
refunded.) .
Auto-recharge, we will automatically recharge you account and notify you via text message when you have less
than $10 remaining in your account.
The credit of your account never expires. You are responsible to pay all usage of your account, including
delayed transaction items. Auto recharge is required for 150 expiry day plan options which do not attract any
e.Mobile Autopay $50
maintenance fees, unused credit do not roll over if the services stays suspended for 6 months and you have
not contacted E.tel for un-suspension, it will be terminated automatically
