Used to contain and dispense coils of guy wire

Instructions
Dispenser is shipped with legs folded.
1. Open the dispenser and drop in the strand.
2. Bring the legs of the dispenser together and twist the ends
together with a screwdriver.
3. Flip the assembled dispenser over and payout the strand
from the inside of the coil, as shown at the top of the page.
