FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Where and when is this promotion available?
A: This promotion is available to Members in North America starting July 10, 2015. Watch for
communications announcing when the promotion will end in this market. This promotion is also
available to Members in Europe from July 10, 2015 through August 31, 2015. Again, keep an eye out
for communications regarding when this promotion will be introduced to additional markets in the
coming weeks.
Q: How long can I qualify for this promotion?
A: You can qualify for the Fast Track bonus within the first four (4) periods of enrolling as a new
Member. If you’ve been a Member for five periods before you achieve the steps, you will not receive
the bonus.
Q: I’m already qualified for X-Tribe. Do I qualify for the Fast Track bonus?
A: If you’re already qualified you will remain qualified for the original X-Tribe, but as an existing
Member you will not qualify to receive $400 USD your first month. The Fast Track promotion is only
for new Members.
Q: What if my new Members don’t come in on 100 QV/CV each?
A: You must have a minimum total of 1000 QV/CV across a minimum of 10 new Members on two
levels, with a minimum of 50 QV/CV each to receive the double X-Tribe bonus.
Q: Do my new Members need to also be on Autoship for me to receive the promotional bonus?
A: No. Only you need to be on an active Autoship of 100 QV/CV to receive the bonus. Each new
Member just needs to enroll with a minimum of 50 QV/CV.
Q: Do I have to follow the five who get five structure?
A: No. You need a minimum total of 10 new Members on your first two levels, with at least five on
your first level at a minimum of 50 QV/CV each, with a total of 1000 QV/CV from new enrollments
within the first four periods.
Q: Do I still qualify if I have more than five on my first level?
A: Yes, as long as you have 1000 QV/CV new enrollment volume on your first two levels across a
minimum of ten new Members.
