DESKING SYSTEM: Providing and fixing of "BP ergo,Vitra, V3,Steelcase and
Godrej" Make Desking workstation system.It is a free standing desking system design
to promote team working and easy communication in an open office
environment.Various finish like fabric/ laminate/ glass/ marker/ magnetic tack board
can be offered with metal frame of 25mm.
WORKTOP: Worktop are off 25mm thick prelam particle board of Merino make with
2mm thick PVC hot pressed edge bending all across the worktop. Worktops are supported on
CRCA powder coated legs with finished work surface at 727mm from ground level. Special
pre-defined metal inserts are there for better and aligned fitment. All worktops has standard
PVC wire manager with BP Ergo logo. Other finish like painted worktop is also available with
a premium.
LEGS: Leas are made up of 1.2 mm thick CRCA powder coated steel with powder coating
of 40-60 microns . All legs of standard width are totally modular and are replaceable with
each other.
CABLE BEEM: Specially designed cable beam are the integrated part of league
system giving concealed wire managements facility. Cable beam are made up of 1.2 mm thick
CRCA powder coated steel with snap s hutted cover section for mounting electrical and data
points.
PEDESTAL/ DRAWER UNIT:- The pedestal/ drawer unit shall have outer
dimensions of 680mm height x 360mm width x 450mm depth. The drawer unit shall
consist of One pencil tray, 2 drawers and one filing box. It shall be provided with 2
lockable and two free twin wheeled castors.
The pedestals shall have central locking mechanism. The drawers and filing box shall
be mounted on telescopic ball bearing slides.
The pencil tray shall be made of 2mm moulded HIPS and shall be fitted inside the
first drawer. It should freely slide in horizontal direction. The pencil tray shall have
necessary compartments (Miniumum 3 compartments) for keeping stationary items.
The fascia of the drawers shall be made of 1.2mm CRCA steel. The body of the of the
pedestal shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel. The drawer trays shall be made of
0.8mm CRCA steel. The handles shall be PVC moulded and shall be flush fitted.
KEYBOARD TRAY:- The keyboard tray shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel and
shall be mounted on telescopic ball bearing slide
CPU TROLLEY:- The CPU trolley shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel and should
be adjustable to accommodate CPUs of various sizes. The CPU trolleys shall be
provided with two lockable and two free twin wheeled castors. The CPU trolleys shall
also be provided PVC Foam Gaskets of 4mm thickness to prevent any scratches on the
CPU.

panel of 1200mm ht with 50mm thickness having upper metal fabric ht 550mm and
lower metal tiles ht 550mm and skirting Height of 100mm including M10 x 50mm
levellers and have 42mm clear space between 2 tiles for wire management and inside
space is around 38mm. The basic frame work is made of Aluminium with thickness of
1.5mm Vertical and horizontal rail is made up of 1.2mm thick aluminium extrusion
with 12 mm curvature. All steel part shall be pre treated for 10 stage anti rust treatment
and shall be powder coated in matt finish to a thickness of 40-60 microns and all
aluminium parts for 8 stage process. The Thickness of the frame shall be 50mm. The
thickness of trims and tiles shall not be considered while measuring the thickness of
the frame. The post shall be made of aluminium extrusions of 1.2 thickness. All 90
degrees junction of the frames are concealed with PVC Fileers. The rectengular
worksurface shall be of size 1500mmW x 750mm & Side Unit of size 900mmW x
450mmD with prelaminated particle board of 25mm thickness and having 2mm thick
pvc edge lipping.
All the worktops should have M6 metalic inserts pre fitted at precise locations with CNC
machines on the underside of worktops for coupling with metal screws for complete
modularity. Worksurface shall be supported by partition panel on either sides. Keyboard pull
out tray minimum made of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated, of minimum
thickness 40-60 micron, with metallic roller slides(Telscopic channels) on both sides. CPU
Holder made of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel sheet, duly powder coated of thikness not less 4060 micron. 3-Dr Pedestal as per the direction on the Engineer - in - Charge. The products
should be tested as per BIFMA standards. The product should have ISO 9001:2000 and ISO
14001-2004 certifications.
All metallic parts shall undergo a 10 stage anti rust treatment and shall be powder
coated in matt finish to a thickness of 40 – 60 microns. All the hardware items should
be as per BIFMA / ANSI standards. All other items as per IS standards.
