Problems: - understanding every pupil's level - not enough time to bring them to the same level - not enough space in classroom - lack of modern technologies - low level of education - the system has to answer the new challenges: migration, different people. - not enough studying of the books - becoming adult a little bit later - different levels of motivation Solutions: - studying groups of weak, medium or strong or using different learning styles - using halls, bigger house - finding out why students misbehave - motivating teachers to use all the technologies (lack of money) - encourage students to study - make personal calendar plans for students - write down the descriptions of the assignments precisely and make videos of the lessons and publish them in the net Problems: - different levels of the student's knowledge in one class - some students have low learning motivation - lack of time for studies (many students have work and families) - not enough support to adult education from the government Solutions: - division into groups A, B, C... - "A good teacher inspires, a good student gets inspired" (W.A.Ward) - you have decided to overcome, so do it! - Elect the right people into your government Problems: - education while the work (more qualifications) - earning money while they are students Solutions: - individual curricular, individual timetables - support from employers. Problems: - money - no time to attend school (family, work) - student motivation Solutions: - financial support from the government - family support is very important - student needs to understand the need of education Problems: - discipline and motivation - money problems Solutions: - need for better, well-qualified teachers - corporative teaching Problems: - not much time for work and study - taking core of family and study at the same time is difficult - money matters (education is expensive) - educational methods not friendly for adults (technology, too much memorization) - in some countries adult education is mostly financed for unemployed people, NOT for employed people Solutions: - more time for the individual work with the students - evening kindergarten for the students' children - more facilities - TV, computers, etc. - for the educational process - free adult education for the motivated students - active teaching methods Problems: - lack of time and motivation (family, work) - social problems (students are afraid to ask questions if they don't understand the material) - different teaching methods, need for visualization Solutions: - teachers should encourage students to ask questions when they don't understand the material, they should motivate students to learn - government should give motives (e.g. to increase the salary, promotion or decrease work time) - have weekend classes - teach to accommodate all different teaching profiles (visual, kinesthetic, etc)
