Solutions:
- studying groups of weak, medium or strong or using different learning styles
- using halls, bigger house
- finding out why students misbehave
- motivating teachers to use all the technologies (lack of money)
- encourage students to study
- make personal calendar plans for students
- write down the descriptions of the assignments precisely and make videos of the lessons and
publish them in the net
Problems:
- different levels of the student's knowledge in one class
- some students have low learning motivation
- lack of time for studies (many students have work and families)
- not enough support to adult education from the government
Solutions:
- division into groups A, B, C...

- need for better, well-qualified teachers

- taking core of family and study at the same time is difficult
- money matters (education is expensive)
- educational methods not friendly for adults (technology, too much memorization)
- in some countries adult education is mostly financed for unemployed people, NOT for employed
people
Solutions:
- more time for the individual work with the students
- evening kindergarten for the students' children
- more facilities - TV, computers, etc. - for the educational process
- free adult education for the motivated students
- active teaching methods
Problems:
- lack of time and motivation (family, work)
- social problems (students are afraid to ask questions if they don't understand the material)
- different teaching methods, need for visualization
Solutions:
- teachers should encourage students to ask questions when they don't understand the material, they
should motivate students to learn
- government should give motives (e.g. to increase the salary, promotion or decrease work time)
- have weekend classes
- teach to accommodate all different teaching profiles (visual, kinesthetic, etc)
