Full papers presented at ICSDL 2016 will be published in the conference proceedings
and shall be distributed to participants during the registration at the event. The
volume will come with ISBN. Selected papers will be offered an opportunity to be
published in either the Journal of Sustainability Science and Management (indexed
in SCOPUS) http://jssm.umt.edu.my or Journal of Business and Social Development
http://jbsd.umt.edu.my. Selection of articles will be based on a number of factors
such as among others, relevancy with the journal focus areas, quality of papers,
originality and style. Selected papers may be required to undergo further review
and editing before actual publication in those journals.

CONFERENCE BACKGROUND
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND
LIVELIHOODS (ICSDL) 2016 is held as an effort to improve the development of
sustainable community livelihoods as well as to envision sustainable futures. It
provides a platform for scientists, researchers, practitioners and post graduate
students from all over the world to share their ideas and research findings and
present solutions to unsustainable development and community livelihood issues
in developed and developing countries.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
•
To bring together academicians, researchers, scholars and representatives of
interested organizations to exchange opinions, experiences, and views on
emerging trends in related fields.

To establish networks among researchers, practitioners and policy makers
concerning issues pertinent to community development and sustainable
livelihoods.
•
To provide a platform for introducing and promoting indigenous and
community products to the global market.

The registration fees above refer to each participation. Nevertheless, authors
presenting more than one paper are only subject to USD100 (for international
participants) or RM200 (local participants) for each of the subsequent paper. If you
