INNOVOLT H1000 USER GUIDE SOLUTION OVERVIEW OUR INDUSTRIAL SOLUTION The single most important way to minimize downtime is to prevent machinery malfunctions. With equipment that regularly breaks down or jams impacting the bottom line through the costs of lost production, lost capacity, repairs and wasted labor, industrial environments are demanding a comprehensive solution to solve these costly issues and ensure the reliability of equipment. Some have been able to pinpoint the cause to fluctuations in the electricity that powers these sensitive machines while others speculate or are just left wondering what the culprit is. Regardless of the ability to diagnose the problem, all companies have one thing in common—a desire to prevent downtime. Innovolt’s H1000 power protection device represents an evolution of a core technology that has proven to be superior to any other on the market. This line has been redesigned from the ground up to be more compact and reliable. The standard terminal strip is provided for hardwired AC IN/OUT and makes this appliance perfect for NEMA cabinet mount applications, or for embedding inside stand-alone industrial or commercial products. Housed in a compact 4” x 5” footprint, this appliance comes standard with 35mm DIN rail mounting hardware. Flip-out tabs are also provided for surface mount applications. In addition, the diagnostic capabilities have been improved to include real-time-clock based time stamping as well as N-G voltage sensing. This device also features EMI/RFI filtering as well as dry relay contacts to signify presence/loss of AC output power. HOW WE SOLVE THE PROBLEM Innovolt combines patented electronics protection technology with complete monitoring, management and analytics software applications to intelligently protect and optimize the performance of sophisticated electronics allowing you to: • Utilize patented technology to protect your equipment • Prevent costly maintenance issues before they negatively impact your business • Maximize equipment reliability, performance and lifespan OUR TECHNOLOGY More than twenty years ago, we began analyzing power anomalies and the damage these could cause to electronic devices. Through these efforts and continued innovation, we developed Innovolt ROC™, our microprocessor-based technology that provides Remote Optimization and Control. This solution uses a series of patented algorithms and protocols to recognize potential power concerns and remediate issues before damaging effects occur. Users will also be able to: • Voltage Sag with timestamp • Onset and recovery from Brownout with timestamps • Onset and recovery from Blackout with timestamps • Onset and recover from Overvolt with timestamps • Onset of Surge with timestamp • MOV status Source Faults • Onset and recovery from Loss of Ground • Onset and recovery from Excess Neutral-Ground Voltage • Onset and recovery from Line-Neutral Reverse Polarity Power Doctor/Power Doctor SmartPhone Apaptor The H1000 can be read by the Power Doctor II and the PDSA-100 to download the collected power data. The data can be uploaded from the Power Doctor to the Innovolt Management Cloud using the Power Doctor V application on a Windows PC. • Indicate the location of the appliance • Name the appliance • Show both read (when someone read the device with a Power Doctor or PDSA and event data (disturbances with timestamps) • Add a description of the appliance • Control which user(s) can view and modify the appliance • Search for appliances based on any of the above information and event/fault data • Share appliances with another party (e.g. another company that may be interested in the data from the appliance) Power Doctor allows a user to: • View event data with timestamps • View source fault data with timestamps • View model number • View Serial number With and iPhone or Android*, the PDSA allows users to: • View event data with timestamps • View source fault data with timestamps • View model number • View Serial number • Add location and description information This product guide is intended to illustrate Innovolt’s product. For warranty related information and terms and conditions for purchase please contact Innovolt directly. It will be important to note that the firmware on the H1000 can only hold 40 disturbances or source faults with timestamps at a time. Once it reaches the limit it begins writing over the older events as new ones come in. The disturbance counters will continue to keep track of all the events that happen, but some of them may not have timestamps due to the limit. *Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 About Innovolt Innovolt’s Intelligent Electronics Management platform combines patented sensor technology with comprehensive analytics software to safeguard and optimize the performance, productivity and usable life of essential electronic equipment in industries such as information technology, medical, industrial automation and gaming.
