Chemi-Pharm AS (Ltd) was established in 1997 with joint British and Estonian capital. The
company produces and markets disinfecting and cleaning agents and specific treatment

made from a soft base cream. The components of the product soothe the skin and help restore its

BIO-DERM H is a skin restoring emulsion for daily care. It is intended for use on normal, dry and damaged skin. BIO-DERM H contains a unique natural emulsion (safflower oleosome), which has very good
softening and moisturising properties. The product also contains an antioxidant (tocopherol), which
prevents the premature ageing of the skin, it also calms, moisturises and nourishes the skin, and coconut and palm oils, which calm irritated skin, improve the blood circulation under the skin and stimulate
the renewal of normal micro flora and protective functions of the skin. There are components that effectively protect against the harmful effects of the environment in the product.
It is well suited to use as a foundation cream in the cases of psoriasis, irritated and rough skin, allergies
and neuro-dermatitis. The emulsion maintains the normal pH and moisture balance of the skin.
USAGE: Apply to clean and dry skin twice a day, and to hands every time after washing.

WATER REPELLING PROTECTIVE CREAM FOR THE SKIN
Protects the skin against detergents, weak acids, alkali and other skin irritating agents. It is also suitable
for protection in the case of contact allergy, and for people who have to wash their hands frequently.
Bio-Glove contains silicon and vaseline oils, which make the skin water repellent; and glycerine, which
restores the smoothness and softness of the skin after washing. It also contains antioxidants, natural
oils, A-, E-, C- vitamins and moisture balance preservers, which significantly reduce wrinkle formation
and aging of the skin.
USAGE: Apply to clean and dry skin, rubbing it carefully to all areas which might have contact with
irritating agents. The cream absorbs completely in about 3 – 5 minutes. During that time, the cream

FRESH FOAM
CLEANING FOAM FOR THE SKIN
A hygienic soap free foam for cleansing the hands and body. It contains skin protecting, moisturising
and smoothing agents. The foam also contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory components, which
creates an unfavourable environment for bacterial growth. Skin protection components and panthenol
calm the skin, improve subcutaneous blood circulation, which help prevent bedsores; they stimulate
the renewal of normal micro flora and protective functions of the skin. The product is very skin friendly.
It is also suitable for cleaning intimate areas and injured skin.
Fresh Foam is particularly suitable for hygienic cleansing of infants and bedridden patients in cases
when washing is complicated.
USAGE: Apply onto the skin, using a towel washcloth or towel. Let product take effect for a few second
and then wipe off with a damp cloth.

FRESH WIPES
CLEANING WIPES
Hygienic towels for cleaning the hands, face and the whole body without water. They contain agents
that protect, moisturise and soften the skin. The antiseptic included in the product kills bacteria on the
skin and creates unfavourable environment for their growth. Skin protection components calm the skin
and help to restore the normal micro flora and protective functions of the skin.
Suitable for hygienic cleansing of infants and bedridden patients in cases when washing is complicated.
USAGE: Open the cone-shape cover and pull out a wipe up to the perforation. To tear off the wipe,
support the cover with the other hand. After tearing the wipe off, close the cap immediately to avoid
drying of the wipes. Wipe the skin and ensure the even coverage of all the skin. The product meets the
requirements of EN 13727.

ALOE SKINSEPT
SCENTED ANTICEPTIC GEL FOR THE HANDS
Grapefruit scented antiseptic for the hands. Contains skin protecting, moisturising and nourishing
Aloe-Vera gel. Makes the skin soft and fragrant. The gel consistency ensures the comfortable use and
effectiveness of the product and it also decreases the products volatility.
The product has a broad anti-fungul and anti-bacterial effect, being able to destroy Gram-positive and
Gram-negative bacteria (incl. Mycobacterium terrae), different fungi and viruses (HBV, HIV, HCV, Vaccinia, Herpes simplex, Adeno, Rota).
USAGE: Apply 3ml of product onto dry hands and rub thoroughly to ensure the coverage of the hands.
Time of effect is 30 seconds.

Floor polish with a high polymer content, that helps to achieve a shining, durable, non-slippery coating

Lightness is a product which contains modern metal bound acrylic polymers. It can be applied to floors
manually, with spray polishing or fast polishing machines.
USAGE: Remove all the previous wax/polish from the floor using WIPER EXTRA solution 1:10 – 1:20
(using a polishing machine substantially improves the efficiency of the job). Rinse with water and let
it dry. Use clean mop or a polishing machine to apply Lightness to the floor. Apply 2-3 layers of LIGHTNESS as thinly as possible. Let each layer dry about 30 minutes depending on the room temperature
