Warranty
Options provided by Super Enterprises, Inc. are warranted for twenty (20) years after sale to be of high quality
workmanship and materials, and to be free from defects, which might render the window/door unit unserviceable. We
agree to repair or replace, at our option and without charge to you, any items that are determined to be defective. Of
course, slight glass curvature is not a defect. We suggest that the consumer inspect the Integrity products upon arrival
and before installation.
This warranty shall apply only when the Integrity Windows and Doors are installed in accordance with the printed
instructions provided. Any misuse, modification or alteration will void this warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO IMPROPER APPLICATION OF PAINT TO ANY INTEGRITY FACTORY
PREFINISH.
Service and Repair Expense
Super Enterprises, Inc. will not, under any condition, be responsible for installation, repainting, refinishing or other
similar activities necessary to complete the replacement of the defective window/door component.
General Provisions
THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH ARE NOT EXCLUDED
HEREBY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN FOR THE PRODUCT
WARRANTED DUE TO OPERATION OF LAW.
THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREUNDER,
AND SUPER ENTERPRISES, INC. SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FURTHER LOSS, DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on the duration of
any implied warranties not excluded hereby, due to operation of law, may not apply to the consumer. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion of incidental and
consequential damages may not apply to the consumer. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and the
consumer may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must contact the contractor who installed the product, the dealer from
whom the Integrity Windows were purchased or Super Enterprises, Inc.
