Payment of Course Fees using SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) for MOE PT Diploma/Post-Diploma
Courses (applicable to Singapore citizen only)
1. With effect from Jan 2016, Singapore citizens aged 25 and above can use their SFC to
pay for course fees (exclude other fees).
2. You can login to SFC portal (www.skillsfuture.sg/credit) to check your SFC balance.
3. You can submit a claim at SFC portal within the eligible period as shown below:

4. The claim that you have submitted to SFC portal is subject WDA’s approval. The
approved amount will be disbursed to your bank account/SP, depend on your choice,
after the course start date.
5. SFC can be used to pay for course fees only (excluding other fees).
Example: The Total Fee Payable in the payment email consists of Course Fees and Other
Fees:

For this case, you can use SFC to pay up to $400.50 and pay $8.43 using other
payment mode.

6. If your payment due date is more than 30 days before the course start date
You need to pay the course fees in full to SP and submit your SFC claim at the SFC
portal 30 days before the course start date or 90 days after the course start date and
indicate to pay the credit amount to your bank account.



Pay the course fees in full to SP using credit cards, NETS, cheque or PSEA (Please click
here if you wish to pay using PSEA)
Please keep your payment receipt as you may need to upload it (as supporting
document) to the SFC portal when you submit your claim at the portal
Login to SFC portal (www.skillsfuture.sg/credit) 30 days before the course start date
or 90 days after the course start date to submit a claim application and enter the
following:
 Course start date: 17 Oct 2016
 Training Provider: Singapore Polytechnic and click [Search]
 Select the Certificate Title: same as the one on our payment email
 Amount of credit to claim: enter the amount you wish to claim (exclude other
fees)
 Pay to : select My Bank Account

7. If your payment due date is within 30 days before the course start date:
If you wish to pay the SFC to Singapore
Polytechnic (SP)
If you wish to pay the SFC to yourself






Please go to our e-payment system to
declare the SFC amount to be used.
Enter the amount of SFC that you wish
to pay to SP at our e-payment system.
Please make sure that you have
sufficient SFC balance
Pay the balance (if any) of the course
fee using credit cards, NETS, cheque or
PSEA (Please click here if you wish to
pay using PSEA)
Print/Save the payment summary after
you have completed the payment.as
you may need to upload it (as
supporting document) to the SFC portal
when you submit your claim at the
portal
Login to SFC portal
(www.skillsfuture.sg/credit) to submit a
claim application. You are strongly
advised to submit your claim
application within same day after you
have paid your course fees to SP to
avoid the unnecessary delay in secure
your course placement:

Polytechnic and click [Search]
 Select the course title that is same
as the one on our payment email
 Amount of credit to claim: the
amount that you have entered at
our payment system (these 2
amounts must be the same). Please
exclude the other fees amount.
 Pay to: select Training provider

Pay the course fees in full to SP using

If you are paying using credit card,

please enter 0 (zero) into the SFC.
Please print/Save the payment
summary after you have completed
the payment as you may need to

when you submit your claim at the
