GALLERIA ALESSANDRA BONOMO

On 20th March 2013 Alessandra Bonomo Gallery inaugurate the exhibition Wood, Glass, Paper.
The title was inspired by the diversity of materials of the works on display: tables, chairs, lamps, bookshelves, carpets and other items of furniture made by international artists.
Objects - some made specially for the occasion - designed by Andrea
Anastasio, Alighiero Boetti, Dugu Choegyal, Franco Dellerba,
Pietroarco Franchetti, Domitilla Harding, Allegra Hicks, Gary Hume,
Anish Kapoor, Julio Lafuente, Sol LeWitt, Neal Jones, Barry McGee,
Luigi Ontani, Annie Ratti, Tristano di Robilant, Mario Schifano, Orsina
Sforza, Benedetta Tagliabue, David Tremlett and Richard Tuttle recreate in the gallery a totally livable space.
Most of the works are made especially for this show, others collected through the years. The objects are made in different materials: wood for tables and chairs, glass for mirror and glasses, paper for bookcase, lamps and drawings, plastics and metals for other objects and furnitures.
