Welcome to the new ITT Dublin Student Prin ng System located in all student laboratories, library and access areas.
All black and white printers are set to print double sided (duplex) by default in line with ITT Dublin’s Greener PrinƟng
Policy. With secure prinƟng, you can now release your print job at any Bryan S Ryan printer on campus and you have 8
hours to do so. All devices are capable of copying, prinƟng and full colour scanning.

Log onto any PC in your lab and from within the applica on e.g. Word, Excel,
PowerPoint etc., select <File> <Print> and select the ‘Followme’ print queue.
Credi ng your account ……
Internet: go to print.i dublin.ie and follow the instrucƟons to top up your account.
Top up amounts are €5, €10, €15, €20 and accepts MasterCard, Visa and Laser cards
Visitors: Log onto print.i dublin.ie and follow the instrucƟons to create your own account.
Cash: Top up using the touch screen kiosk located Ground Floor beside yellow stairs.

Swipe your card on the Target at front of
device.
To use photocopier func on select

Your Account Balance will be displayed.
Press the “Next” bu on and you will see
the Home screen.
Select Copy and place your documents in
document feeder
Select the Home symbol on the key panel to bring
you back to Home screen if you want to select another func on
To start copying, press the ‘GREEN’ bu on
Don’t forget to LOGOUT when finished!

Release a print job
Swipe your student card on the reader
a ached to the printer.
Display welcomes you and shows your
balance. Press <NEXT>
A list of your print jobs will appear on
the screen, and you can touch to release
(print) or delete (cancel) individual jobs
Don’t forget to LOGOUT when finished!

Print from USB
Swipe your card on the Target at front of device.
Select <USB Print> from display.
Use Copier Func ons
USB Print
Prints the following file formats ;
PDF/A, jpeg, ff and XPS
Plug the USB memory into the MFD as shown
(please note, you may have to format the USB
memory on this machine to prevent the ‘removable
memory is not formaƩed’ error)
When the machine reads the USB memory,
“Removable Memory is recognized. Displaying files” may appear.
Press <Yes> to display the removable memory
screen.
Select the files to be printed and press <Print>
To start the printout, press the ‘GREEN’ bu on
Don’t forget to LOGOUT when finished!
