two levels of service for the U.S. market: "Standard" (3-10 days) or "Rush" (2-5 days).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are
available only with the "Standard" level of service (but are charged at the "Rush" pricing).

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be subject to a state sales tax. If we have
an operating entity in the "Ship-To" state, you will be charged sales tax as required by law.
Returns:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping
and handling charges will not be refunded.

We collect information needed to process your order and contact you later (if that is necessary).

Tracking Number or advise you of a problem we are having with your order). Our primary
method of communication is email, but we do require your phone number in case we are not able
to connect via email or the issue at hand would be resolved more easily with person-to-person
