Step 1: Upon first login with the
online banking system, you will
be asked to enter your Online
Banking ID and Password. Your
ID is the same as your current
Username. Your password is
temporarily set as the last four
digits of your social security
number. Simply click Login after
you have entered this
information.
Note: To use the “forgot your
password” feature you must first
establish a personal question and
answer. See Step 8 below.
Step 2: This screen will only
appear the first time that you log
in to use the new system. Please
carefully read the entire online
agreement and click on the small
box next to “I Agree” at the
bottom right corner of the screen
and then click on “Accept” to
continue.
Step 3: This screen asks you to
enter your current password as
well as creating a new password
that will be used for the next
time you log in. Your current
password is set as the last four
digits of your social security
number. On the right side of this
screen there are instructions on
what the password must consist
of. If you would like to change
your online banking ID you can
do this at the bottom of the
screen. If you do not want to
change your ID, please leave the
box blank. Click on “Continue” to
proceed.
Step 4: This screen gives you the
description of what you are going
to complete next. A set of
security questions, that only you
will know the answers to, will
appear on the next screen.
Step 5: This screen is where you
will select three different
Challenge Questions as an added
security feature of the online
banking system. The answers to
these questions are only known
by you and are case sensitive.
The screen below is an example
of three of the questions and
answers.
Step 6: This screen allows you to
review your challenge questions
and answers to ensure that they
are accurate. Once you have done
so, please click on “Confirm”.
On the next screen, click
“Continue”.
Step 7: On this screen, please
enter the email address that you
currently use with internet
banking. Once you have entered
the email address in the box,
please click on “Submit”. The
next screen that appears will
have your name and a list of
account numbers. To view
details/transactions on a specific
account, please click on the
account number of the account
you wish to view.
Step 8: By clicking on the My
Settings tab at the top of the
screen, you are given the option
to change your email address
and set up your personalized
password reset question and
answer. Remember that your
answers are case sensitive. Both
the question and the answer
have only 47 characters
available.
The next screen shows the
bottom of this page. After your
question and answers are set up
please click on “Submit”.
Note: You can also change your
online banking ID on this screen
if you wish to do so.
