This process started many months ago with the contract demand process. There are demand forms for Local and International agreements. These, along with lessons learned by the bargainers, and actions by management, is what forms the basis for what we bargain for. It’s important that members get involved by filling out the demand forms, attending meetings, and voting for your delegates and other Union officials.
