Pre-registered Students Enrollment Status does not
become Active on their enrollment date
Students who are pre-registered and have an entry date in the future will not have their
enrollment status updated when their entry date occurs. Their status will remain -1 (preenrolled) instead of changing to 0 (active enrollment).
Workaround:
Select a group of students that includes the student(s) whose enrollment status needs to be
changed to active. Using the Select Students By Hand Group Function, select the students
whose records you wish to modify. Select Student Field Value from the Functions menu.
Enter Enroll_status as the field name to be changed, and 0 (zero) as the desired value.
Submit, review the records PowerSchool will change, and acknowledge. Student
enrollment status should now be active.
