Application Systems
With its System Engineering department Sika offers technical support on dispense technology for
customers in all market fields. The resources of the Corporate System Engineering centre in Switzerland

Application by pump bulk
For the application of Sikaflex®-553 2K
available in hobbocks and drums we recommend
to use a 2K pump application system.
Application by hand
For the application of Sikaflex®-553 2K available in
cartridges we propose to use a pneumatic cartridge
dispense e.g. the Sulzer Mixpac Dispenser Pneumatic
490 ml 10:1, Typ: DP 400-100-10.
The above mentioned dispense technology can be typically found in the hand operated application of
Sikaflex®-553 2K. Sika‘s System Engineering supports the customer in choosing the optimum application system
