As our name suggests, we are about a concise expression and a sequential approach to market research and brand strategy that yields a well-conceived story about a brand. Our group is a diverse one, comprised of thinkers with backgrounds in design, advertising and strategic planning as well as anthropology, behavioral economics and fine art. This makes every day an interesting one at PARAGRAPH. We exist to provide an alternative to research and strategy that is either uninspired or over-intellectualized. We want to partner with people who want to be the best, to be associated with companies of quality and conscience and ethics. POSITION OVERVIEW Creative and naturally curious professional to work on quantitative research-based consulting projects in collaboration with other team members. Typical projects may include customer segmentation, A&U research, concept tests and brand health tracking studies. The ideal person is familiar with multiple research methodologies and approaches research with an eye to going well beyond data into storytelling and client-partnership. KEY ELEMENTS OF ROLE • Work as part of a team on development of all aspects of projects from proposal to reporting • Overall project management - help with project set-up and management of project timing and outside vendors • Involvement in all aspects of quantitative projects - questionnaire writing, survey programming via Qualtrics, data manipulation via data processing tool, reporting on quantitative data in presentation format • As needed, help with qualitative and/or strategic phases of projects QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Minimum BA or BS degree • Experience in market research, advertising agencies, marketing or similar fields • Minimal travel required • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Attentive to detail • Good communicator – both in written and spoken word • Generally curious about people and brands (what makes them tick, their stories, etc.) CONTACT For inquiries or to submit a resume, contact: Faith Markham faith@theparagraphproject.com © 2014 PARAGRAPH, LLC.
