Potential NHL licensees should meet the following requirements: 1) Your company must have a minimum of five years experience in manufacturing and distribution to retail. 2) Your company must have five years experience in each of the product categories for which you are seeking an NHL license. 3) Your company must be a manufacturer, not a middleman, distributor or promotional products company. Meeting these requirements in no way guarantees that you will be granted an NHL license. Please also note we do not grant NHL licenses for test market purposes. Once business terms have been agreed upon, a formal license agreement from NHLE will be forwarded to you. Only after such license agreement has been executed by all parties, may your company commence use of NHL properties.
