A service provided for householders
and farmers (not businesses) to
dispose of hazardous wastes safely,
responsibly and free of charge.
Open 9:00am to 12:00pm
the first Tuesday of every month
(including public holidays).

4 Pesticides (including insecticides, herbicides)
4Pharmaceuticals
4 Solvents (including paint thinners, turpentine)
4 Acids and alkalis
4Paints
4 Varnishes and stains
4 LPG gas cylinders (that hold up to
9.0 kg of gas)
4 Photographic chemicals
4Batteries(nickel/cadmium,mercury,lithium,lead/
acid)
4 Motor oil,* coolants
4 Pool chemicals
4 Other household chemicals
4Fluorescent light globes (including compact
fluorescent light globes)
* Remember, used oil can also be deposited at your council’s
local depot. Check Locations at the Zero Waste SA website.

your local police station)
