Shri. N. Mohan Raj is a Council Member representing LIC of India.
Shri. Mohan Raj is a Post Graduate in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. He joined LIC as a Direct
Recruit Officer of the 10 th
Batch in 1977, worked in various departments like Branch Administration, Audit and
Inspection, Chief(Investment) and CEO of LIC Mutual Fund and subsequently CEO of LIC Nomura Mutual
Fund, Executive Director (Investment/Operations), besides holding Marketing operations as Branch Manager,
Sr. Branch Manager, Marketing Manager of Howrah Division, Senior Divisional Manager of two Divisions viz., Trivandrum and Salem for a continuous period of 15 years. He was also Zonal Manager In-charge of
Central Zone covering the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh. He had worked in various palaces under
Western Zone, Southern Zone, Eastern Zone and Central Zone.
Shri. N. Mohan Raj became Executive Director in April 2004 and currently Principal, Zonal Training Centre,
Chennai from May 2012 onwards.
