1. Introductions --- Superintendent Scott Koziol a. Thank you for participating! Superintendent Koziol welcomed everyone to the meeting at 6:05 PM. He went over a variety items included the purpose and intent behind the meetings. He informed the Team that this was a process to help the district to develop a future plan for the facilities of the District. This is the natural next step in what has already been done. The District has hired an architectural firm, Kingscott, to do a building analysis on each of the four buildings currently in use (Arnold, Keicher, Jr./Sr. High School and the Bus Garage). The District has also hired Moore Trosper as the Construction Manager for any potential project. At this time no money has been paid to either company. Superintendent Koziol went on to say that he was excited and is looking forward to hearing the feedback from the community. In sharing feedback, he asked that all Team members feel free to share opinions in a manner that is respectful of everyone in the room and that would be productive to the process. Being respectful of everyone’s opinion is key in establishing an environment where everyone feels as though they are able to honestly contribute and share their thoughts. He introduced the Co-Chairs of the Team along with members of the Administration, and the representatives from Kingscott and Moore Trosper. b.
