Factory Repair Service
Hach offers flat-rate repair for a number of instrument models. If a flat rate does
not apply, Hach will provide a quotation for the repair.
Check-Up and Certification
Instruments are inspected and tested to ensure that they meet factory
specifications. Instruments are returned with documented results and a Certificate
of Instrument Performance.
Instrument Trade-In and Refurbished Instrument Sales
As instrumentation ages and newer equipment and technology become available,

For over 20 years, the Hach Technical Training Center (HTTC) has provided world-class
hands-on training helping thousands of people ensure they are performing their water
analysis correctly so they achieve accurate results, every time.
Our courses focus on basic laboratory practices and methods which include electrochemical
(pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, etc.), colorimetry (chlorine, fluoride, phosphate, nitrogen
species, metals, TOC, etc.), turbidity measurement and titrations (alkalinity, hardness, chlorine,
