project, the project name remain as ICHK Dining Club. This folder will introduce the membership package
and the standard of procedures of our operations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
1) The Membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request.
Membership cards are valid only until the date embossed on the card. The Membership card
has no cash value. Membership terms are valid for one year after the initial purchase date.
The Membership card does not guarantee dining reservations.
2) ICHK Dining Club membership or its collateral has no cash value.
3) ICHK Dining Club membership is not transferable unless stated otherwise.
4) ICHK Dining Club reserves the right to change, modify or amend membership benefits and
any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other ICHK Dining Club material, at its
absolute discretion at any time, without giving a reason and without notice.
5) A member may terminate his or her membership by giving notice in writing and by returning
the membership card and all certificates within 10 days of receiving the membership package.
6) ICHK Dining Club shall not be liable for any amount greater than the membership fee to any
member as a result of cancellation of his or her membership.
7) Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the ICHK Dining Club, a member
accepts these terms and conditions as amended from time to time and agrees to be bound by them.
8) ICHK Dining Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time, if it is
suspected the membership is being operated fraudulently.
9) Any certificate issued as part of the membership will not be replaced if lost. Lost or stolen cards
must be reported to the ICHK Dining Club Office. A processing fee of HK$150 will be charged for
each replacement membership card, with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
10) Should for any reason, the ICHK Dining Club membership programme be discontinued, IHG and
the hotels and resorts included in IHG® Rewards Club shall have no financial liability to the member.
11) You must be 18 years of age or above to join ICHK Dining Club.
12) Best Flexible Rate means the lowest publicly available unrestricted rate.
13) The benefits stated in these terms and conditions are only available for unrestricted rates.

6) The Dining Discount is non-transferable.

We understand and appreciate your concern about the privacy afforded to information we collect.
IHG is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act. We now provide the
following privacy statement that relates to personal information collected about members of ICHK
Dining Club.
Personal Information Collected
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Information collected by IHG is only disclosed to our fulfillment house and mail-houses under
strict contract and may be stored overseas by IHG. To ensure that members obtain the full benefit
of being a ICHK Dining Club member, we may occasionally send you information and specials on
products and services of our business partners. You may cancel this benefit by contacting us and
asking to be removed from third party promotions.
The information collected by IHG, its Agent or Administrator, includes your name, business and
home address, business & home contact numbers, fax, e-mail, credit card details. Collection of this
information is necessary to process and deliver your membership. It also ensures that we are able
to contact you for renewal in 12 months’ time to ensure your continuity as a member. We have also
collected information pertaining to your travel and leisure requirements to enable us to contact you
throughout the year to update you on any promotions or special events. This ensures that you
receive the greatest benefits from your membership. If the information we collect about you were
not provided, we may not be able to process your membership or contact you to renew your
membership in 12 months’ time or to update you on promotions, thus limiting your membership
benefits.
If you cease to become a member of ICHK Dining Club, we will retain your details for 12 months
so that you can easily rejoin when you wish to.
Access To Your Information
You may request access to the personal information that IHG holds about you by contacting the
ICHK Dining Club Member Service Centre.
Black-Out Dates
Your ICHK Dining Club membership entitles you to 10% discount (Food only) on all black-out dates.
All certificates are not applicable on these dates:
New Year's Eve and Day (December 31st and January 1st)
Chinese New Year (Day 1 and Day 2 inclusive)
Valentine's Day (February 14th)
Mother's Day
Father's Day
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Boxing Day (December 24th – 26th)

細則
1) 會員卡屬於其發行機構並應在必要時歸還。會員卡有效期印於卡面上。會員卡無任何現
金價值。會員資格於發行日起一年有效。會員卡不擔保可預訂餐飲。
2) 會員卡會員資格或其附屬權利並無任何現金價值。
3) 除非特別註明，會員資格不可轉讓。
4) 會員卡隨時按需要變更、修改或修正優惠，以及任何此處或其他會員卡資料上所包含的
條款及細則，而無需任何理由，也不必事先通知。
5) 會員可以書面通知形式退會，並在收到會員禮包當天起十日內，將會員卡及所有未經使
用的優惠劵退還至客戶服務辦公室。
6) 如會員資格被取消，會員卡將不會為超過其所繳會費的金額負責任。
7) 一旦會員向會員卡付款，即視為其已接受本會條款（條款內容會不時修正），並同意接
受其約束，但不排除其他證明方式的效力。
8) 若發現會員涉嫌欺詐，會員卡保留隨時取消或終止該會員資格的權利。
9) 會員卡如有遺失或被盜，應立即通知會員卡客戶服務辦公室。補辦新卡需支付手續費港
幣一百五十元。新卡有效期仍與舊卡相同。任何發出的優惠劵一旦遺失，不獲補發。
10) 若因任何原因導致會員卡會員活動終止，洲際酒店集團及會員卡旗下所有酒店和度假
酒店均不對會員負有任何財務責任。
11) 您必須年滿十八歲方可加入香港洲際餐飲會。
12) 最佳報價代表不受限制的最低市場價。

How much is a membership and how long does it last for?
The exclusive membership named ICHK Dining Club, the membership fee is $2,788 for both new
membership and renewal membership. Membership lasts for 12 months.
As a ICHK Dining Club card holder, what are my dining privileges?
Dining privileges applied to the outlets in the InterContinental Hong Kong. The discount module varies in
different outlets, in different covers, and in different dates. There are also some discount vouchers for
using in special occasions. For more information, please contact our Member Services Hotline at 3104
4790.
I've lost my membership card/it has been stolen. What should I do?
Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to ICHK Dining Club office at 3104 4790 or email
us at members@ichkdiningclub.com A $150 processing fee will be charged for the replacement card.
I've lost/misplaced the vouchers. What should I do?
ICHK Dining Club will not be able to replace any/all lost or stolen vouchers due to the cash value
attached to each of them.
Can my spouse/ friends use my ICHK Dining Club card in my absence?
As the card is non-transferable, the ICHK Dining Club holder must be present.
What if there are two ICHK Dining Club members dining at the same table?
All dining establishments will only be able to accept one card per table each time.
Are there any black-out dates for ICHK Dining Club participating restaurants?
Yes, it will include New Year’s Eve and Day [December 31st and January 1st]; Chinese New Year [Day 1
and Day 2 inclusive]; Valentine’s Day [February 14th], Mother’s Day; Father’s Day; Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day and Boxing Day [December 24th -26th inclusive], and any firework nights.
Can ICHK Dining Club members enjoy discounts on any black out dates?
The ICHK Dining Club members can enjoy 10% discount (food only) on all blackout dates. However all
certificates are not applicable on these dates.
What is the cancellation procedure if I am very dissatisfied with your services?
The ICHK Dining Club will assist with your every need and provide you with the VIP services. However
we will still honor cancellations within 10 days upon you received the full membership package. Such
termination will not be effective until all cards and membership materials have been returned to ICHK
Dining Club office.
Can the member enjoy any beverage benefits with my ICHK Dining Club membership?
Yes definitely, members can enjoy a 15% off on beverage at any one of the hotel restaurants. But it is not
valid during special promotion and happy hours, and this benefit is only applicable for up to 12 persons.

Can the member enjoy both the credit card promotion discount and ICHK Dining Club
membership discount?
No, ICHK Dining Club privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, benefits and
special offers. Only one discount can be enjoyed per visit.
Can the ICHK Dining Club member enjoy any discount on banquets and functions?
Yes, ICHK Dining Club member can receive 10% discount or up to a maximum of HK$5,000 when you
book the banquet or catered function at the InterContinental, Hong Kong.
Can the ICHK Dining Club member entitle any complimentary parking?
Yes, ICHK Dining Club members are entitled to complimentary parking at the hotel for a maximum of 3
hours when dining at any hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner. A minimum spend of HK$500 is required
for 2 hours complimentary parking when dining in the Lobby Lounge.
Can the ICHK Dining Club member enjoy the reciprocal benefits in other InterContinental Hotel in
other countries?
Yes, ICHK Dining Club members are entitled to reciprocal benefits in other partners hotel. Please check

Hotel FAQs
If the member comes to restaurant with more than 11 guests, and wants to enjoy the dining
discount, what would I do?
According to the membership agreement, the discount is available to members dining with no more than
11 guests. To ensure the member has a positive experience, I would help the member to separate their
bill to let the first 12 persons to enjoy the dining discounts, however the dining discount will not apply to
other guests.
If the member comes to enjoy dining discounts during black-out dates, are there any discounts
that can apply?
Yes, I would tell them that they still enjoy a 10% off discount during black-out dates however, none of the
vouchers are accepted.
If the member wants cancel the membership, what would I do?
First, I would understand the reason why the member would like to cancel, and try to provide a solution(s)
that will satisfy them. If they do not accept any solution, and would still like to cancel I would inform them
that an ICHK sales consultant to follow up with them. I would give the customer services centre hotline
(3104 4790) to the member for their information. I would ensure I have the member’s full name and membership number and would inform the Membership Office of the situation and ask them to follow up.
Please note that cancelations will be honoured up to 14 days from days of purchase and there is a HK$150
cancelation fee.
