This is the breakup of fees to be paid by the candidates for the Fellowships and Certificate courses for
the year 2016-17.
A.Total fees for Fellowship- 100,000 [One Lakh rupees only]- 3 DDs to be made. Break as follows
1.Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai – 45,000- forty five thousand only [DD in favor of Municipal
Corporation of Greater Mumbai], hand over to Barve Sir, College Office, Ground Floor, College Building,
Seth GS Medical College
2.MUHS – 25,000/- twenty five thousand only [DD in favor of Dean, Seth GS Medical College]- hand over
to Barve Sir, College Office, Ground Floor, College Building, Seth GS Medical College
3.DJST – 30,000/- thirty thousand only [DD in favor of “Seth GSMC and KEM H, Diamond Jubilee Society
Trust]. Make payment to DJST office, Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, 1 st Floor College
Building. Give to either Pallavi/Rajan/Shripad/Gauri
Fees to be paid by 9th September 2016, Friday. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. As per MUHS
rules, once paid, these fees cannot be refunded.
B.Total fees for Certificate courses- 50,000 [Fifty thousand only]- 3 DDs to be made
1.Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai – 22,500 Twenty two thousand five hundred only [DD in
favor of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai], hand over to Barve Sir, College Office, Ground
Floor, College Building, Seth GS Medical College
2.MUHS – 12,500/- Twelve thousand five hundred only [DD in favor of Dean, Seth GS Medical College]hand over to Barve Sir, College Office, Ground Floor, College Building, Seth GS Medical College
3.DJST – 15,000/- fifteen thousand only [DD in favor of “Seth GSMC and KEM H, Diamond Jubilee Society

C.Fees for Registration and Eligibility – Rs 7500/- [DD in favor of Registrar, MUHS, payable at Nashik].
KEEP THIS READY. Submit to Ms Charuta or Ms Ujwala Monday through Friday 10am-4pm on or before 9
September 2016. At the same time, collect your admission form to be filled for registration. Contact

D.Exam fees – Rs 20020/- to be paid in 2017 [month of May/June] at the time of appearing for exams
E.MUHS can declare more fees AT ANY TIME during 2016-17 and this will HAVE TO BE PAID. The
Fellowships’ coordinator has no control over what may be declared by MUHS at what time point.
