The official show catalogue will be printed and distributed free of charge to all visitors and exhibitors, providing a
complete guide of exhibitors, their products and services. The show catalogue is considered an up-to-date and reliable

the show and in the future.

Temporary Personnel
IFP Egypt will be assisting all exhibitors with temporary personnel for the duration of the show. If you require
presentable and experienced hostesses, please fill the below form and send it to the undersigned.
Please note: The organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by temporary Personnel.
The Temporary personnel will cost 100 USD per Day, working hours from 10:30 till 19:00, including 1 Hour break.

It is compulsory for space only exhibitors to order Electricity Supply.
Fitted shell stands are supplied with a 13 Amps outlet and they may complete this form only if they require additional
electricity and/or lighting.
Please note for sufficient stand lighting we recommend one spotlight per 3 sqm stand space, except for spotlight hqi
70W and `` Dionysus`` hpi 150W where one light per 5 sqm is sufficient

Visas & Travel Regulations
Egyptian Visa Regulations
Non-Egyptian visitors arriving in Egypt are required to have a valid passport & Visa. Entry visa may be obtained from
Egyptian Diplomatic Bodies abroad or from the Entry Visa Department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and
Nationality Administration (TDINA). It is, however, possible for most tourists and visitors to obtain an entry visa at any
of the Major Entry Ports.
