NATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES DAY
Governor Greg Abbott proclaimed October 14th as Human Resources
Professionals Day. “Human resources professionals are key players in
implementing effective practices for the hiring of quality staff to teach
young Texans and keep our schools running smoothly,” said Governor
Abbott.
Mr. Curtis Amos would like you to join Everman ISD and Governor
Abbott in taking an opportunity to show appreciation to our wonderful
human resources department. “The human resources department is largely
responsible for ensuring the district recruits and retains the very best
educators”, said Mr. Amos. The department serves an essential role in
developing and handling employee-centered activities such as recruiting
and retaining employees, motivating employees, and assisting with
employee benefits just to name a few.
When you see the HR staff members, let them know they are doing a
great job!
