INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read all instructions carefully before modifying luminaire.
2. This fixture must be wired in accordance with the national
electrical code and applicable local codes and ordinances.
3. Proper grounding is required to insure personal safety.
4. All work should be done by a qualified electrician.

INSTRUCTIONS
Unscrew (2) screws that secure the lens frame, then remove the lens frame and set
aside. (FIG. 1)
Locate and remove (4) screws from the lamp tray. (FIG. 2)
Lower the lamp tray and disconnect lamp holder disconnects then set aside
(FIG. 3).

Determine mounting location and mount fixture using all four fixture mounting
holes (FIG. 4). Line side feed wire is routed through the center wire access hole.

Disconnect power before starting
installation or servicing luminaire.

The luminaire is supplied with a three pole line side disconnect for line side feed.
(FIG. 4) Wire luminaire accordingly to national electrical code and applicable local
ordinances.
Replace lamp tray ensuring that all lamp holder disconnects have been reconnected. Each disconnect is labeled appropriately for each suitable ballast. (FIG. 3)
Re-secure the lamp tray with the four original screws.
Install appropriate lamp types listed on the manufacturer fixture label.
Re-install the lens frame with the two original screws.
