• When you are reviewing the FAQ 5073 for
the Hardware Requirements a few things
to note:
– Windows 2000 no longer supported
– Windows Server 2003 must have
Service Pack 2 or higher installed
– Server machines are recommended to
have 8 GB RAM; Workstations 4 GB
RAM

Database Upgrade
• Schedule upgrade after business hours.
• Turn off any automatic tasks to avoid
interruption.
• Set Windows Power Options to Never to
avoid hard disk shut-downs. (FAQ 13738)

Backup
• Database files are now PattersonPM.db
and PattersonPM.log.
• Verify with your Hardware provider that
your backup system is backing up the
entire Eaglesoft|Data directory.

Provider Hours
• In Version 17, OnSchedule displays based
on Provider Hours rather than Chair hours.
• Review that Provider hours are accurate
and Chairs/Locations are properly attached
to ensure that your schedule appears open
or closed at the appropriate times.
• If provider hours are not setup correctly in
Version 15, your schedule hours may
appear incorrect after the upgrade.
