The Complainant in his request for information dated 29-01-2011, has sought the following information:

The Complainant filed a complaint to the Commission under section 18(1) of the RTI
Act on 01-04-2011, requesting the Commission to direct the Respondent to furnish the information sought by the Complainant.

Commission issued summons on 16-01-2012.

Respondent states that the same information was sought by the Complainant in Case
No. KIC3703PTN2011, KIC3705PTN2011 & KIC3704PTN2011 which were disposed off holding that the information sought by the complainant has been furnished. He submits copy of the orders in Case No. KIC3703PTN2011, KIC3705PTN2011 & KIC3704PTN2011.

Commission directs the Respondent to issue endorsement to the Complainant stating that the same information has been furnished in the above stated cases.
