In the event that a Customer’s Own Material is used with BOLD
Product, BOLD Furniture cannot guarantee the fi and function of the
product. Every effort will be used to manufacture these components to
industry standards, taking into account the increased variables of the
materials utilized.
Fabric: BOLD Furniture is partnered with Momentum Group fabrics
for the BOLD One Collection cushion and screen. Textiles requested
outside of the Momentum Pantone Collection will need to be
submitted as a special request and have a completed COM
Authorization form. Contact customer service for COM requests.
Pricing
All prices are referred to in LIST pricing terms. Please contact your
BOLD Furniture Representative for any available discounts.
Lead Times
Standard lead time on BOLD One product is 4-6 weeks from the
receipt of an approved order. Custom lead times vary from 6-8 weeks,
but can be longer depending on the scope of the project. For a lead
time estimate, please call Customer Service at 888.687.6400.
Warranty
BOLD Furniture warrants all of its products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship found during normal usage for the warranty
periods detailed below. This warranty does not apply to ordinary wear
and tear or products that are installed or used improperly.
Storage – Lifetime
Laminate Products – 12 years
Structural Components – 10 years
Wood Veneer – 5 years
Mechanical Components – 5 years
Accessories – 5 years
Electronic Components – 2 years
Installation Quotes
BOLD Furniture has a highly skilled and trained team of installation
specialists to insure proper installation of your new product. The
following information is needed to quote BOLD installation services.
All information must be included with the PO in order to schedule
installation:
Install Date Requested
Install Time – The preferred time frame for installation, whether it is
during business hours, after hours, or if there is an allotted time
frame or time restriction.
Location – Include the floor number of the building where the
install is to take place. Note whether freight elevators will be
available and reserved. Note if there is a loading dock available, and if
not, how close to the building the truck will be able to park when
unloading product.
Equipment – Note whether there will be a lift truck, or other
equipment available for the install team to use.
Required Orientation – Occasionally customers have required
installers to attend an orientation for safety and other purposes.
New Customers
New customers will be required to complete and return a credit
application. Based on the information obtained from the credit
application, new customers will be expected to pay 50-100% of the PO
total up front. Once credit is established with BOLD, credit terms may
be negotiated.
Custom orders require 50% deposit for all customers

Every order must include:
Replacement Parts
If the occasion arises where you need a replacement part, please have
the model number for the product and contact Customer Service at
888.687.6400.
Dealer Name and Billing Information
Freight
All product pricing is FOB BOLD unless otherwise specified freight,
unloading, and installation costs are additional. All new orders without
freight will have standard delivery charges added at time of order
acknowledgement.

All BOLD products are typically available for shipping within 4-6 weeks
of order. We can arrange for delivery for a specifie date and location.

Quantity
If your warehouse or your client’s location has special receiving hours,
or requires a truck with a lift gate for delivery, please note the delivery
instructions on your PO.

All desks come standard with one 3" diameter centered grommet.
Wire Troughs
Wire troughs are provided with all electric base models.
Optional Power
Optional power monuments are available in the top drawer of a
Box/Box storage unit and can also be specifie on the left or right side
of the desktop. Each power module comes with 2 outlets and 2 USB ports.
Locks
Locks are standard on all fil drawers included with desks and credenzas.
