Q. In point 3 it is mentioned that the Life Science Website should be developed in Drupal. In the
same paragraph there is a mention of LAMP platforms. Would you consider other open source
content management systems that run on a LAMP platform like Wordpress, instead of Drupal?
R. Yes as long as the CMS runs on a LAMP platform.

Q. Is Malta Enterprise willing to opt for user-friendly, world-renown CMSs such as DotNetNuke or is it only
Drupal that is being considered as a CMS?
R. Yes as long as the CMS runs on a LAMP platform.

Enterprise (assuming a LAMP environment). Presently this requirement seems to be omitted

Q. Point 9 on page 4 relates to the Performance guarantee: it is being assumed that the
performance guarantee is only to be done by the selected bidder. Can you kindly confirm?
R. Confirmed. The performance guarantee has to be done only by the selected bidder within 15
days of the notification of the award.
