Please remember for basic closings that…
 LADDERS, RAILS, SAFETY ROPES, ETC. must be removed prior to our arrival. Additional charges ($75 .00
service call charge) will be applied to your bill if our servicemen need to remove equipment.
 POOLS MUST BE DRAINED BELOW RETURN(S) (aka “eyeballs) prior to our arrival. If not, our closing
schedule may not allow us to take the extra time to drain it for you and it may be necessary for you to reschedule your closing for a later date. There will be an additional $75 charge if your pool is not properly drained
when we arrive, if time permits.
 ELECTIC COVER CUSTOMERS: You will be responsible for proper draining of your pool (below the skimmers,
“eyeballs”) prior to our arrival. LEAVE COVER OPEN AFTER DRAINING. You will then be responsible for
properly filling the pool and closing your cover. DON’T FORGET YOUR COVER PUMP.
