Reservation Policies:
Reservations are highly recommended as there are a limited number of spaces available and during
the summer season it is unlikely we can accommodate any “drive-up” guests. Guests should
proceed to the golf course clubhouse to check in and pay for their reservation.
Reservation Window: A maximum of six (6) months in advance.
Minimum Stay: Two (2) nights.
Maximum Stay: Fourteen (14) days.
Maximum Rig Size: 40 feet. There is a sharp hairpin turn on Opah Drive after you exit off Highway
49 which will not allow for larger sized RVs.
Late Check-In: Available with advance arrangements.
Additional People: All RV Sites fees include up to five guests. The maximum number of guests in a
RV site is 6. Additional guests will be subject to a fee of $7.00 per person/per night.
Pet Policy: A total of two (2) pets are allowed at each RV site. If you are bringing pets along, NO
aggressive dogs of any size are allowed. A $25.00 pet-cleaning fee will be charged if you don’t pick
up after your dog/pet.
Payment Policy: A credit card deposit of one night’s stay plus $10.00 is required to book all
reservations, and your credit card will be charged 100% of the deposit at time of booking. You may
pay in full in advance if you so desire. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit
card upon arrival. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card,
including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of
departure.
Cancellations Policy: Please contact the pro-shop, (800) 642-7448, prior to your arrival date to
cancel or change a reservation. Cancellations made for a RV site are subject to a minimum $10.00
cancellation fee if made within thirty (30) days of the reservation date. Cancellations made within
seven (7) days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day reservation
fee. Please contact the pro-shop for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation.
Cancellations must be made prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or changes not
made as indicated above, are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.
Change Policy: One change to your reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all
subsequent changes will be charged $10.00 per change. Changes are subject to park availability.
General:
1. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Unless prior agreements have been made for an extension, there will
be a full day occupancy fee charged for tenancy past checkout time.
2. For the safety of our guests, all persons visiting in the park must be registered at the golf course
pro-shop and a visible pass must be in all vehicles. If needed, management reserves the right to
move you to another space.
3. Park visitors must register their guest, in advance, to identify persons and guest's vehicles using
the facilities and that a parking space may be needed. A day use fee of $7.00 is charged.
4. Lost and Found is located in the clubhouse pro-shop.
5. Laundry facilities are located in to the rear of the park building housing the bathrooms.
6. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please, use of generators is not permitted at any
time.
7. The speed limit at the park is 5 M.P.H. Please drive slowly and carefully with-in the park.
Children, adults and animals are at play.
8. Motor-driven cycles are to be driven quietly and only to enter and exit the park. They are
prohibited in any area other than public roadways. Bike riding is allowed within the park. California
State law requires a helmet to be worn at all times.
9. Please keep your site clean during your visit and upon departure. The park is located in a
mountain area and wildlife is present. Please keep food properly stored. Treat your trash like food.
Keep it in your RV or dispose of it in a dumpster. Do not leave it sitting out.
10. Pets are welcome, although dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV
and you must always clean up after them. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept in
your unit after dark. Please, no aggressive dogs of any breeds. If your dog shows aggression or is
disruptive to other dogs and guests, you will be asked to leave the park. Refunds will not be given.
11. For the safety of our guests, rope lines are not to be tied to trees, bushes, or any other Sierra
Meadows property. Firearms and fireworks are not allowed.
12. All wastewater must be disposed of in a sewer connection.
13. Washing of RVs, vehicles, oil changing or major vehicle work is strictly prohibited on the
property.
14. There is a three-day minimum stay required in all rental RV sites during holidays and special
event weekends.
RV Sites:
1. All RV site fees provide for occupancy of up to five people. The maximum number of people in a
RV site or campsite is six. Any additional person will be subject to a fee of $7.00 per person/per
night.
2. Only one RV is allowed in a RV site. No tents.
3. Fires are NOT permitted at any RV site or any place within the Sierra Meadows RV Park. This is a
high fire danger area in the summer and care must be taken to protect the environment, your
family and fellow park residents.
