process and CNC coil forming machine to
ensure uniform tape application and precise
duplication of coil geometry.
Our automated taping process uses stored coil data to produce uniform tape application with electronically controlled tension and overlap. Our extensive
database stores your coil data and ensures that
future replacement coils are a precise match.

of coil geometry, including replacement
units manufactured at a later date, while
eliminating coil stresses associated with
conventional spreading operations.

We maintain a 200,000 lb. inventory of magnet wire, plus a wire insulating mill for quick
turns on glass, mica and Kapton strand insulation. We also have an extensive inventory of
high-voltage coils for motors and generators
made by the leading OEMs— available for
emergency delivery on a 24/7 basis.
An inside pressing operation consolidates the
B-stage coil slot section before going to the
automated forming machine. After the coils
complete final hand-taping operations, they
move to an outside press to complete the consolidation of the slot region, ensuring a proper
fit in the stator. This improves durability,
stress resistance and dielectric performance.
Every IntegraCoil meets or exceeds independent third-party standards, including the
IEEE-1043 voltage endurance life test, IEEE
Standards 522 and 286, ANSI Standards
C-50-10 to C-50-26, and is certified to ISO
