INTRODUCTION
The machinery described in the texts, pictures and
soundtracks is both complicated and extensive. All of it
has its function in relation to other pieces of equipment. In
order to simplify things a little it is useful to group the
machinery according to sub-systems, e.g. air, steam,
freshwater, seawater, fuel, lubrication oil, etc.

However, the words in this list are in European languages where the names are very much similar to the
English ones.
