Grant Agreement: The agreement signed between the beneficiaries and the IMI JU
for the undertaking of the Open PHACTS project.

Project: The sum of all activities carried out in the framework of the Grant
Agreement.

Work plan: Schedule of tasks, deliverables, efforts, dates and responsibilities
corresponding to the work to be carried, out as specified in the Grant Agreement.

Consortium: The Open PHACTS Consortium composed of the above-mentioned
legal entities.

Project Agreement: Agreement concluded amongst Open PHACTS participants for
the implementation of the Grant Agreement. Such an agreement shall not affect the
parties’ obligations to the Community and/or to one another arising from the Grant
Agreement.

1 ConceptWiki GUI for concept exploration
The ConceptWiki is accessed from the Open PHACTS explorer search box (figure 1.1). In
the Explorer dropdown menu that appears during the search process, each concept is
followed by a linked “definition“. Clicking this link brings the user to the ConceptWiki interface
as shown in the screenshot 1.2. From the ConceptWiki interface other concepts in the
ConceptWiki can be accessed via the search capabilities by clicking “Search“ at the top of
the page.

Concept synonyms are listed along with the authoritative source that supplied them. The
bold type indicates that the term is the preferred term for the specific authority. If a definition
is available it is also shown on this interface.
1.3 ConceptWiki editing
The edit button at the top of the page is clicked and the term can be selected for editing (or
deletion) in the community branch only. The authority branches remain unchanged.
After the edit, the save button is clicked. The edit is saved and denoted by a superscript over
the community branch indicator.
