The following is additional information, clarifications, questions and responses related to the
above referenced IFB.
QUESTIONS
Q. Is the service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly?
A. Depending on location, there are some mats that will require service either weekly, bi-weekly
or monthly.
Q. For the MLK Rec, Planteen Rec centers as well as the Tennis Center type states "Great Mat"
can you please clarify what this type of mat is?
A. Great Mats is the name of the mat. They are Great Impressions by UniFirst, these mats are a
carpeted mat like the ones at City Hall.
All other terms and conditions of the Bid Document remain unchanged.
