APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
Renold Gears are looking for an exceptional Applications Engineer to join our Technical Sales Team in
Milnrow, Rochdale.
The desired applicant will not only ensure accurate selection of power transmission products to
meet our Customers application requirements but also provide professionally presented technical
proposals and quotations. You will ensure margins are maximised and in line with agreed company
targets while providing technical support both internally and externally. Managing projects through
the business ensuring all targets are met by liaising with all other areas. Some off site support for
Customers may be required.
This role is key to the continuous growth of the business, so you must have at least 2 years’
experience in a similar role, preferably within the power transmission industry. Previous experience
within a Sales environment is a must and you will need to be an excellent
communicator/relationship builder. You will be a target driven individual who works well under
pressure and be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
